Kali Arredondo

Kali earned a Master’s Degree (M.S.) in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University (WTAMU).

Due to Covid impacting the fitness industry, she started a new and invigorating career working at a local bank as a Mortgage Professional in 2020. Kali worked with the top producer closing 25+ loans a month on a variety of different products such as construction, lot, happy homebuyer, TSAHC, USDA, FHA, VA, and JUMBO loans for a variety of investors. Kali studied mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and originating through the mortgage industry’s top leading training systems such as Genworth, Essent, MGIC, and Xinnix. The greatest achievement was becoming XCO Certified, which stands for XINNIX Certified Originator. This prestigious designation is held by less than 1% of all loan officers nationally. It reflects my extensive training at XINNIX, the nation’s premier mortgage academy. Kali’s training covered mortgage industry knowledge, sales training and business skills totaling over 300 hours of intensive course study.

Kali is married to an Amarillo Lieutenant Firefighter, James. They have two children, Ellie and Luke. Kali enjoys volunteering in her community, exercising, and spending time with her family.
